Baar

Baar is located right next to Zug, an important place for internationally active companies. The ANI offices are located on the top floor of the "Fabrik zur Lorze". Baar is very centrally located between the cities of Zurich and Lucerne, both only a 20 minute drive away. The Region of Zug is famous for a particular fish that can only be found in the Lake of Zug and for a Cherry Cake.

Interlaken

Interlaken is located at the upper end of the Lake of Thun, as well as at the lower end of the Lake of Brienz. Therefore the name Interlaken - between lakes. The city is famous for its proximity to the "Jungfrau Region", a mountain resort area with lots of attractions, such as "Top of Europe", Europe's highest railway station (3454m/11333ft AMSL). Or the famous Eiger North Face or Piz Gloria, a revolving restaurant at 3000m that became famous as Blofeld's headquarters in the James Bond movie "On her Majesty's Secret Service". Interlaken is a small city, very calm and quiet, yet with all the facilities you need to have a great time. Interlaken is now the main location for all Switzerland courses. Here are some photo impressions from me. The ANI courses are held at the Artos Center, a complex with training facilities, a hotel and a residence for seniors. Download the information about the venue here. Note: When the course takes place in the offseason, the hotel prices are lower than stated in the brochure.

Fukuoka

The new and large ATMC (Air Traffic Management Center) built by the Japan Civil Aviation Bureau hosts the ANI facility in Japan. Fukuoka is located on the Island of Kyushu, about 2 hours by plane from Tokyo. About 2 Million people live in Fukuoka which has everything to offer that you look for in a cosmopolitan Japanese Metropolis.

Here are some photo impressions of the area.
